"Exceptional"

Very spacious room, clean and tidy. Toilet very clean and well maintained and spacious.

No complimentary breakfast. It should come by default when booking and not to insist to mention separately.

"I have been using this hotel 5 times in 4 years and I won’t come back"

Location for Tirumala is excellent

Upon arrival, the staff did not help with luggage. They were talking amongst themselves at the door. The front desk staff were quite rude when they could not locate my booking.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience regarding a hotel reservation made via Booking.com. We specifically selected the “Pay at the property” option during the booking process, as we were en route to the destination. Upon receiving the confirmation email, we were unexpectedly contacted again, being asked to make immediate payment in order to secure the booking — a condition that was never stated during the initial reservation. While traveling, we promptly contacted the hotel to explain our situation and requested that the booking be held until our arrival, where payment would be made as per the original terms. Despite this clear communication, the reservation was cancelled without our consent or any prior notice. This irresponsible handling — particularly with no notification of the cancellation — left our family stranded and caused considerable inconvenience. Such treatment is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and reflects a serious lack of coordination and respect for customer agreements. We expect a formal explanation from both Booking.com and the hotel involved, along with assurances that corrective actions will be taken to prevent this from happening to other customers in the future.

Breakfast.

The room had no hand towels, no paper napkins and the mini fridge wasn't working and the condiments served(salt n pepper) with room service food were expired. The towels, pillow covers and sheets were not fully clean. The staff at the entry doubted the even when the payment screenshot was shared with the hotel staff prior to arrival.
