Pretty below-average facility compared to what is advertised under the Sarovar / Golden Tulip brand. This is an affiliate hotel, and the property refuses to honour offers or benefits advertised by Sarovar at the time of booking, which feels misleading. If you are staying for multiple nights, be aware that room cleaning is not done automatically. You need to explicitly request housekeeping, which is inconvenient—especially because it’s clearly needed. The bathroom layout is poorly designed. After a shower, the entire bathroom gets flooded, making it feel like a small swimming pool. Drying the floor takes a long time and adds to the discomfort. Overall, the stay does not match the expectations set by the Golden Tulip / Sarovar branding. Would not recommend unless there are no other options available.

Good Location, good rooms. Fairly good customer service. The only negative about this hotel is parking. The space leading to the basement parking is narrow, lined with two wheelers. The rooms are good, customer focus is excellent. They replenished tea bags and coffee without a murmur. During our second stays, the health faucet was not working, tap in wash basin also was leaking. But, the housekeeping fixed them immediately. Reasonably good breakfast at basement restaurant of Hotel.
