It was a nice boutique hotel with very friendly staff.

They do not allow visitors in the room. Not even same sex visitors. Not even after showing ID. I had a medical episode and I needed some support. I called my friend but they told him to meet me in restaurant. I was having a high fever and needed someone to take care of me.that was super bad

Bloom Hotel insisted on phone numbers and email addresses of every single member of the group even though the booking was made by one person whose phone and email were provided also ID proofs were submitted for everyone. They took around 40mins to check-in 4 members, my parents were tired but we were made to sit in the lobby till the registration formalities were complete. No consideration for elders at all. We paid ₹20,231.28 for 2 basic rooms for 2days only for the stay. No information was volunteered about amenities, facilities, food menu etc. Room service had to be contacted "through app" multiple times for basic stuff like slippers, dental kit, hair dryer etc and when the requested item did not arrive in time, I called the reception but two calls went unanswered. During the 2day stay, room service was allowed into our rooms without our knowledge or request to clean the rooms even though we took the card keys with us during our day out, I found that particularly inappropriate. The rooms have park benches for sitting instead of comfortable arm chairs. The onus to make this property appealing and bright lies completely on the color yellow as otherwise the cheap plastic flowers and flower pots do nothing to add appeal. The breakfast spread was not labelled, had to guess which flask had tea or coffee or milk and if the pink drink was raspberries yogurt or strawberry milk or beetroot curd. Oh also, in the room, the cup I had the morning coffee in was not washed but simply rinsed with water as I could see the coffee stains on the rim and the spoon I used to stir the coffee was not even rinsed, it was just put back in the tray with dried up coffee stains visible on a closer look. The bed linen was clean but the yellow bloom cushion I believe was seldom washed as it was also not clean.

Cleanliness and comfort

WiFi quality was terrible. Also it was difficult to pay through a foreign credit card, we had to try many times and it would only work through a link the hotel sent. So recommending you pay through booking and not at the facility to avoid this.
