"Overall great staff but because of internet you’d need to think twice."

Staff if good

Internet is a big concern. You cannot place order on swiggy or zomato. You cant book a cab using uber or rapido. Internet is pretty slow too. Have to rely on data and also veery limited channel. No hindi or english tv channels.

Well mannered cooperative staff. Very decent stay would love to continue stay whenever we are in Hyderabad. Rooms were clean. Bed spreads n toilet were well maintained it was a cosy stay.... loved it

We were given a room, which was later accessed by their maintenance team without intimation. Post noticing to the reception were offer a different room also upgraded at no cost.

We found that the service was dull at times and the food service team missed fulfilling the order. We order a main course and rice and rice was not given until informed.
