Location is great if GK1 market is relevant to your visit.

The entire staff is rude and lacks the basic courtesy that you expect even from a stranger. The hot water supply only comes in buckets or you must place the request 90-min before if you need hot tap water. So definitely don't book this hotel on winter. We stayed for 4 nights, it was a nightmare.

This hotel has been the worst stay of my life. The name of the hotel is changed and I could not find the 'Fabhotels' board anywhere. Once I somehow reached the hotel, the reception was shabby and the walls of the reception were under construction. The reception was not welcoming at all. I reached 1 hour later than the check-in time and my room was still not ready. The staff was rude and said "what can they do if the room is not ready". The staff then showed me the unclean room and it was disgusting and filthy. They cleaned the room in 5 minutes and didn't change the sheets. The bedsheets and the quilt had big yellow stains and looked unwashed. I could see hair and dirt stuck on the table and floors. Even the charging points were not working except one. The bathroom was especially disgusting. there was so much filth settled at the edges of the bathing booth. Even the bucket and the mug had dirt stains which couldn't come off. I paid more than Rs. 5,000 for two days but left after staying there for one night. The room could not have been worth more than Rs. 500-600 a day.
