I wish to ask for a refund. I did not take the room. The room that was shown to us was dirty. Bed linen not up to the mark with stains. The room did not smell good. Lot of unwanted staff hanging around. An old security guard was sent to show the room. we saw the rooms and declined. When the lady in the front desk saw us leaving she said she will give us a better room. Giving excuses that we have better room but work was going on and I did not know it was ready, will give you that room. but by then we had made up our mind and shifted to Sarovar portico Nehru Place
