Housekeeping is good rooms was clean

But I think some facility should be added like availablity of toothpaste, tooth brush, bath towel, Curtains on shower area, shoe shiner, etc.

"Don’t Book this hotel .. DONT BOOK"

Zero likes- don’t stay here

The stay was horrible - the room filled with cigarette smoke smell.. was exceptionally dirty, and lacked basic things like water. They provided a used shampoo bottle, and the towel was also dirty. Opting for a stay at Gurugram metro station would be a cleaner choice compared to this hotel.
