FabHotel Altus - DLF CyberHub, Gurugram

Two single beds were there instead of double bed not able to sleep because of that, fan was not working properly, wifi was slow, worst experience.

This property does not have a C-form, which is the form that allows non-Indian citizens to stay in a hotel. They do not say that in their booking.com listing. Furthermore, before staying, they asked me for 410 rupees up front to confirm my booking. When I arrived, they said they could not allow me to stay there, because they don't have a C-form. They were very rude and barely explained what that even meant. I still cannot get my money back. Do not book this hotel if you are not an Indian citizen. Good FabHotel and see that they've even found ways to scam Indian citizens. Booking.com: please stop doing business with the FabHotel chain.

The actual property did not accommodate us and shifted to a different one where the staff was rude and we have been offered a room in rhe basement were the Ac doesn't work then we have to move to ground floor where the washroom was not clean flies were there with no toilet paper
