Staff is cooperative and cleanliness of room

Room size is small

There was damp on walls,bedding etc...in all of our 6 rooms.Some in our group have astma which was triggered by this & was a health & safety issue for us all.Pictures on Expedia of rooms not represented by reality of how rooms actually were. We complained & had to leave & book another hotel further away & arrange transport which cost us money.

The interiors were decent but not well maintained at all

The wall had leakage and stains. The bed had stains. The furniture had stains. Our room wasn’t prepared even when we arrived at 4 pm. It wasn’t even cleaned. We asked them to just give us another room and the said they will clean it instead. We had to over look the entire cleaning process as everything was dirty. That took an hour. I guess one shouldn’t expect a LOT as the quality is proportional to the cost.

Rooms and everything are fantastic. Very clean, new modern setup.

Staff on front desk pushy for reviews. To the point of holding us hostage on check out taking the phone and proof reading google review. Did not appreciate that at all.
