The interiors and cleanliness were good. Food taste was also fine. Housekeeping guy was helpful.

The location is not easily accessible. It is in narrow lanes of Haridwar thus making it difficult to reach by your own car. Hotel offers breakfast but doesn’t have any buffet. Limited menu is available from which you can order the breakfast and if you want to order something else they will charge you. I would suggest not to include breakfast in your stay as it was not worth it. Also the person at reception asked me to pay half through UPI and half in cash and when I asked the reason they had nothing to say and then agreed for entire payment through UPI. Strange.

Bathrooms were dirty, no towels , shampoo , toilet roll was provided untill we asked for it , no soap was given .

Hygiene and cleaning is up to the mark in the hotel. Linen is also very good. Bathroom is also super clean. Overall the experience was wonderful.
