Good WiFi, felt safe, good staff and reasonably clean. Very happy to give us extra tea and coffee supplies for the room with no fuss.

Hot water only very early in the mornings. We saw the odd cockroach. Pretty standard for India

Subject: Extremely Disappointing Stay – Unhygienic and Unacceptable Conditions Dear [Hotel Name], I am writing to share my extremely disappointing experience during my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the conditions I encountered were far below any acceptable standard, and I felt compelled to express my dissatisfaction. The room was filthy, and it seemed that cleanliness and hygiene were not prioritized at all. I encountered numerous cockroaches and other insects throughout the room, making it impossible to feel comfortable or safe. The condition of the room itself was appalling—far more like a roadside dhaba than a hotel room. It was clear that the room had not been properly maintained or cleaned prior to my arrival. I have attached photos for your reference, which clearly highlight the poor state of the room. In addition to the unsanitary conditions, the service provided by the staff was far from professional. I found the overall experience to be completely unacceptable and not reflective of any standard I would expect from a hotel. Given these issues, I strongly advise others to refrain from choosing this hotel, as it did not meet basic expectations of cleanliness, hygiene, or professional service. I trust you will take this feedback seriously and work to address these issues to prevent other guests from facing the same unfortunate experience

There was very little to like in this hotel.

The first room given to us was unclean, and there were cockroaches running around. When this pointed out, the receptionist was very frosty, and said " we have done the pest control". Obviously pest control had not worked there. We were given another room, which was marginally better, but way below standards. The room had a musty smell about it. Towels were old, the bed linen had not been cleaned properly, water was not draining out of the shower area properly. The hotel itself is located close to the market area in Lucknow. It would be an appropriate property for those salespeople from other cities, who need to meet their clients in the market. There were pipe suppliers, plywood suppliers and others in the area. The only redeeming factor was the Hussainganj Metro station is close by. In fact, the name given - Fab V Hazratganj Hotel is misleading. Hazratganj is nowhere close to this hotel.

Location is okayish near by metro station

Cleanliness needs huge improvement, cockroaches were there and bathroom needs improvement
