The room size are good and beds are comfortable

The rooms were infected with cockroach and there was dampness noticed in the wall

I wanted to exit one day early but the staff said we cannot do anything contact online and on the website there was no help such ridiculuos behaviour

The rooms were right size

Rooms were uncleaned and had cockroach clearly going around the room Staff were friendly but the hotel definitely requires pest treatment and renovation as wall had dampness in the wall

the room sheets were not clean, there were so many cockroaches, there were rats scurrying that we could hear, they ate through our food, the staff would not heed to our requests and we had to wait for long hours for them to be completed

Horrible experience. very poor infrastructure, not clean, broken bathroom fixtures, mold and cockroach infestation problem. AC not working. Very poor service from the staff as well. zero on customer comfort or service orientation.

There was nothing to like to about the hotel. The only good thing was the breakfast.

Rooms, bathroom, bedsheets, kettle...anything you name was dirty. Rooms were smelling so bad. The room lock didn't work. Toilet seat was broken. All the staff members asked upfront for tips; even for doing the things that every hotel must provide. We had to tip every staff for changing the bedsheet, for moving our luggage, for providing us breakfast. for getting our cars parked. This was a total waste of money for us. We had to manage somehow for one night.

The Hotel Photos uploaded in your website are neat & clean hotel, when you visit the hotel it is not at all good, so we have not checked in hotel

Hotel atmosphere is very pathetic, This kind of service is not expected from your side
