I had booked this hotel in hopes that it will be as good as my last stay here in 2022 but the place had turned pathetic. The rooms were very dirty and were very smelly. They were not ready to change room earlier but on our persistence they changed it and allotted yet another room which was prima facie clean but the washrooms were very dirty. We checked out earlier and were asked to pay the amount for entire stay. When we tried to reason with them the property asked us to contact their customer care. when we did that they informed us of some software update so asked us to contact property if we wanted to check out earlier but the charges had to be paid nonetheless. We did that and left off to other non fabhotel. So avoid this hotel at all costs. The reviews are probably bot driven or paid ones. If you still want to visit the property, book on daily basis so that when you plan to check out early, which you most certainly will, you will not be at a monetary loss like us.
