Nice hotel for stay and food

Rooms were hi tech

There was water on the floor in our room. Our luggages got wet. The pipe was leaking which flooded our room. Also the door was not locking on the first day in my parents room.

Only the staffing were decent

Most horrible property. With damp mouldy rooms infested with cockroaches. Even though the booking was made for 3 adults sharing one room the reception was resultant to give a single bed apart from the one queen size bed in the room. The bed linens, pillows, duvets all were dirty and torn and we had to make do with it even after repeated requests for replacements. The location of the hotel too is very bad as it’s in the middle of the bathroom hardware stores area.

Room was spacious and the amount of furniture was adequate

The rooms are really old, nothing in common with the pictures shown. The photos belong to the earlier hotel that was there. They are using those facilities which are in very bad conditions. The bathroom turns into a pool after shower, the room is dusty, smelly and the key to open last only for few hours so you have to go to the reception and ask for a new one. The TV does not turn off, the building is very old.

Excellent experience for our 2 days stay in this hotel.
