Staff was very helpful and great service. Hotel staff helped us getting supplies from market even when it was snowing. I liked their great helping nature. Hotel is 3km up from the Naini lake. There is a beautiful nature walking path downhill. Rooms were clean and cozy.

No electric kettle for the room was provided.
