Staff and manager behaviours...even provided 1 heater free while ordering 2

When I reached though they mentioned bed sheet was changed ...there were multiple hair strands on the bed sheet and while complaining the staff who was changing said it was normal...and even if he changed he told me the new one could have hair strands that could be mine or his which could be there while charging......seemed to me he was little drunk...
