Looked new and standard as per pictures.

The staff has no training on how to deal with customers. They are just some random young adults with minimal training in operating the hotel. The shower tap is broken and shower head, and other taps water pressure is very low sometimes the water dosent even come. The staff who came to check the bathroom didn't even remove his sandals and walking all over without basic sense.
