location, staff and facilities are good

Room floor was not cleaned properly, there were oil on the floor near the mirror and window which was not cleaned properly and was slippery and greasy.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I noticed that the bed sheet and pillow were dirty. I immediately informed the front desk, expecting the issue to be resolved quickly. However, to my surprise, they didn’t bother to change the linens even after I brought it to their attention. This lack of basic cleanliness and poor customer service is unacceptable. I will not be staying here again and do not recommend this hotel to others.

1, Liked the price for stay, 2, easy Hotel commute for having foods.

1, Receptionist behaviour didn't meet the professional or basic attitude. 2, English speaking and understanding people's are needs in the staffs group because they starts speaking in their native language when guest asking questions. 3, Transperency is not there on the descriptions for complementary and benefits which they are ready to provide. I noticed different things from receptionist and booking. Com information.
