room hygiene was less than I expected, the rooms are very noisy with lots of echoing, restaurant was decent, froint desk staff didn't listen to me and I had to repeat myself several times, its close to work, hence why I choose it and hope my return visits will improve

The experience was fair. Good location, as next to it there are shopping opportunities and restaurants. Live security always at the door, giving additional comfort, even though Noida didn't feel like a dangerous place, just very dirty and polluted. People are kind and sweet. I loved that in our trip. Nobody tries to scam you or take an advantage, just it's very different from the things we have experienced so far, as it was our first trip to India.

We couldn't flush the water in WC and we asked many times for it to be fixed, on the 5th day it was fixed, but then the little shower next to WC didn't work anymore. We always got only 1 towel and had to ask extra ones (even though we were 2 people staying). Internet was not very stable. Electricity sometimes went off for a couple of seconds. The people on the floor (other guests) were very loud every night and were smoking in their rooms. We did report it once, but nothing changed, so we stopped reporting.
