Overall good. Having stayed there previously the reception staff recognised me and that felt good. Service was good.

Housekeeping needs to be improved. Toilets were not very clean. Towels provided had stains.

"Not a premier hotel"

Location

The hotel is part of a shopping mall, which was never clearly written on website. Even photos of this property is misleading. The bottom 2 floors are commercial and then the hotel on est of the floors. From my room, I could see the mall staircase. Also, hotel entrance does not give grand look and feel. Overall, not as per expectation.
