Not clean and tidy Small rooms There was dog lying on the kitchen Staffs are not professional We have to leave the hotel with family

Hotel room was good and clean, staffs were courteous, overall a pleasant experience.

only complaint is with Breakfast service which was pathetic from udupi hotel, staffs behaviour was rude looks they don't want the guests to have breakfast in their hotel.

Location and food was good

The bathroom sink was stinking and was not having proper exhaust and commode seat was not fixed properly.

Location is above a restaurant, no display of name of hotel, entry is through restaurant stairs. Very basic facilities, small room

The breakfast was good. Only thing was that the floor of the room to the one side of the bed was not clear. There was a lot of sand and dust lying around. The dental kit shaving kit Tea and coffee sachets and sugars were missing from the room. These items were mentioned on the placards fixed inside the room and the bathroom. The staff was excellent and very accommodating to our needs. They gave us a bigger room. Full marks to the staff on that. Even the complimentary breakfast was excellent and had a good variety
