The location was good as I chose the location, the staff and common places cleaning was fine

The toilet was smelling and stinking, even though it looked clean. Tea kettle and tea bags was not kept in the room, it was bought only when I called the receptionist and shouted why it was not kept as per the services, it shown online at the time of booking the room. In the email it was mentioned that I can do late check out till 1400 hrs provided the room is not booked after me, but the hotel authorities refused regarding that email sent to me by treebo and said that if I check out after 1100 hrs I'll be charged per hourly basis, that means treebo is just fooling and cheating people just for booking but after booking the reality is different. The customer care is one of the worst kind of itself, I called and told my problem regarding late check out and I was told he connect me to support team, but call was again connected to other person at customer care then she told me same thing again that she will connect me to the support team but again call got connected to customer care and again I have to tell the same story to this person and he also told same thing that he will connect me to the support team and this went on and on and on finally I got frustrated and disconnected the call without my problem getting solved. Breakfast was limited to only just one item per person, which never happens in any hotel. (There is always a buffet system for breakfast in all hotels which are offering breakfast, but here some cheap quality tactics are used. Money for breakfast is taken through room rent but instead of giving breakfast they just give one item per person which is a very cheap and poor management by treebo hotels. I chose this property on the basis of breakfast included but I was cheated in the name of breakfast included, the hotel should stop putting up with breakfast included, atleast people will opt for different hotel where normal breakfast is offered. I faced with so many problems here.
