"Staff were helpful. Booking let down by a dirty floor."

The room was large enough and the decor was neat enough. The bed sheets were clean and was given a towel and toilet paper. The shower worked well.

The floor of the room was not clean which I discovered having taken a shower and walked to the bed. The location was not very pleasant and the small window were clouded glass so you could see nothing outside

Noisy family lived in room next to me, they were not part of hotel and told me to deal with it past midnight
