Awesome stay

NOTHING GOOD HERE.

Staff and their service is very bad. Never book in Treebo group hotels. The rooms didn't even have heater so we were freezing in Ooty. The next day we had to pay 300 per night per room which is a very bad experience.

Room was good and clean.was location and surrounding area is great.

Breakfast was very very poor. asked for sugarless tea,initially they was hesitated later they provided to get this we need to convince them i am sugar patient. no fruits , eggs so breakfast was below standered.

View from the hotel was good . Staffs are friendly

complimentary breakfast was not good . That place where they serve breakfast was not clean . Should give importance to hygiene . For the money they take it was not good I almost paid 5k per day but it was not up to the mark am disappointed.

Tasty breakfast served till 10 am. Nice staffs and they guided us to tourist spots. Spacious car parking facility, nice view from room and photo spots as well.

Rooms were good. Good parking space. Clean play area for kids. Good location.

Toilet seat was broken. Separation of dry and wet area in bathroom was not there. Early check in was not possible eventhough many rooms were vacant.
