"Dear hotel if you sign up with third party applications stick to what client sees on website and don’t add your own term"

They don’t stick to booking.com guidelines and asked me to pay beforehand despite my booking was non refundable. I had a terrible experience sorting out issues between hotel and booking.com ruining my travel experience
