The hotel is safe and very central.

The room was quite basic and the shower didn't work.

Near Jogeswahri Train station, you can easily reach the hotel in a straight line from there in minutes by foot, even with luggage (find the Suzuki dealer nearby and look to your right). Super fast elevator, polite staff and a person at the entrance who opens the door which is a nice touch. Two bottles of water waiting for you each day.

Very noisy, the area is near a train station and you will hear car honks, people shouting, TV noise from other rooms 24/7, rooms are not sound proof. Guests are also uncaring about making extreme noise at 1.00 at night, so expect no peace at all. Noisy A/C too and rust on bathroom handles. Staff is polite but forgetful, I found the bag with the toilet trash on the sink one day, the other day they forgot the toilet paper and the next the towels. They correct their mistakes when noted but could be more attentive in the first place. Crowded room so space is limited, you get what you pay for. Breakfast is served at 08.00 but there is really nothing at that time ready or until 08.30, besides Indian porridge, bread and cereal without milk. Lastly, the hotel credit card reader does not accept international cards, only local, thankfully I had cash at checkout...
