The front desk staff was non responsive. The room was stinking. The room was so small, there was no place for an additional bed. my booking clearly stated the number of persons with age, but the accommodation provided was not meeting that requirement. I checked out within one hour of my checkin and had to go to another hotel. The hotel charged me full amount.

The staff's assistance was much appreciated. Their exemplary behavior and the immaculate rooms make this property one of my top choices. My overall experience here was memorable. The food served here is of high quality, and the location is exceptionally convenient. The staff members are not only friendly but also provide excellent service. I'd like to highlight that everything about my stay at Treebo was excellent. The hotel's location, in particular, is superbly connected to the heart of the city.
