Nice only at the reception.

The hotel staff is very rude. No one listens. I ordered water, but no one came to serve it. I called the restaurant, but they told me to talk to housekeeping. If I tried to contact housekeeping, they told me to talk to the restaurant.There was no refrigerator in the room. No shaving kit or toothpaste was provided. The electric kettle was broken. Maintenance was poor.

Quality of break fast is good. Location of hotel is not far away from dehradun railway station.hardly 2.7 km .Staff of hotel is very polite and humble and also cooperative.

All good nothing adverse.
