Building work not completed. No exhaust fan in bathroom. The bathroom has a foul smell.. Totally i am not satisfied with the property.

"Disappointing Experience – Unfair Check-in Policy"

I booked a room at Rani Residency, Kanyakumari through Booking.com, but when I arrived for check-in, the hotel refused to accommodate me, stating that they do not allow unmarried couples. This policy was not mentioned anywhere on the Booking.com listing at the time of booking. This was extremely frustrating and inconvenient, as I had already made travel plans based on this reservation. If such a rule exists, it should be clearly stated upfront to avoid wasting customers' time and money. I had to find alternative accommodation at the last minute, which was both stressful and costly. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who expects clear and transparent policies. Be cautious before booking here! Let me know if you want any tweaks!
