"NEVER STAY HERE! HORRIBLE PROPERTY!"

THE FAMILY ROOM SHOWED IN THE PICTURES WAS TOTALLY DIFFERENT THEN THE ONE OFFERED.

STAFF IS VERY RUDE, HOTEL IS EXTREMELY UNTIDY.

The ceiling of the room was broken and the room looked like a haunting house. There was a weird smell in the room. The hotel was not willing to provide a different room and more over they did not even inform that the ceiling was broken. They neither offered any different room or any discount. I had to spend the night in that awful disgusted room cause I was helpless.

Very bad experience , got the room after 2 hours of waiting at reception, in the early morning there was a very big noise of some water motor pump at 5 am could not sleep properly I want refund as soon as possible

"+ & - Points of Hotel"

The location as it is in the market

- The reception staff during our check-in was rude & full of ego. - The maintenance staff did not response to water leakage complain & washbasin blockade. - Utensils in which breakfast was served were untidy. - There were small cocktoaches coming from nowhere from time to time. - Lift was available from 1st floor only and not from ground floor. It is not recommended for elderly people or people with disability. - No parking space for 4 wheel vehicles. - They don't accept card payment here - very small window - rates are Expensive for a hotel like this
