"never ever opt for these hotel… it will only spoil your trip"

nothing was up to the mark…. totally disaster

bathrooms were totally disaster… geyser, exhaust fan was not working in bathroom… toilet seat cover was broken and very unhygenic… not even a toilet soap was given… no drinking water given…. conjusted rooms, lift starts from the 1st floor so everytime climb upto 1 st floor… on complaining online about these in conviences the staff got rude and their behaviour got worse… never ever opt for these hotel…

"DIRTY BED SHEETS AND PILLOW COVER"

Bedsheet was OLD and damn dirty, i asked the staff for the replacement of bed sheet, in response he provide me another TERRIBLY DIRTY BEDSHEET from another room‘s bed.

"this was a big cheat, hotel took an advantage of high demand"

nothing to like about this hotel, way they treated customers.

This was a big scam, I have paid 25% advance and booked the hotel, I got the confirmation and on 1st of Nov 22 for my one night stay (14th Jan 23). This hotel refused to accommodate - saying they are sold out. Hotel took an advantage to charge premium noticing lot of demand because of Mumbai Marathon.
