Sheets were dirty No towel was provided Water was not hot Pillow cases were dirty and oily

Everything worst Location worst Room was not clean Room landline phone was not working every time we need to step 5 floor down They did not provide us water They did not even allow us breakfast 30 min early before regular time Bathroom was so so dirty Blanket was smelling Staff was unprofessional some like picked up from road We have booked this hotel by looking at images on your site and when we entered the room in real it was total different worst hotel ever and will never recommend this hotel and booking.com both You and hotel both cheat customers
