This is my first time to travel to India and staying in Ava made me feel comfortable and safe. 1. I love the attention the staff gave to guests - everyone is accommodating and helpful - they even let me borrow a cellphone charger multiple times :) . Please keep this up because one of the reasons why people become a repeat customer is the kind of service they get from the staff :) 2. The unit - huge, comfortable. What I love the most is it has the same layout as my place in PH so it really felt like home. The bedroom has a balcony with a view of the sky ! When you open it, you’ll hear the chirping of birds and little activity from the road! The bed was marvelous, so soft and comfortable! Best sleep I got in my 16 days in India is in Ava. The living room was huge with a soft and big sofa bed. And best of all is you can also cook :) 3. Very close to Cyber city! Just 15 min from tuktuk and you will be in cyber city:)

Nothing as such. Nice staff and good hospitality at reception. Check in time is 2 so you can plan accordingly. If room is available they will give you entry so it’s not their fault if room is not available.

The japanese toilets and the rooms are massive. Very impressive customer service from the hotel staff.
