They have only one staff (PANDEY) who is running around all the rooms... they have not given any other staff to support him. Hence there are lot of delays in the service..

The TV had youtube connected and hence it was a time pass for me.

As usual, Delhi for me has been always a painful stay where ever I have been. May be people from south are taken for granted while alloting the room. I was offered Room No 001, inspite of the Bathroom was wiped clean, there was excess water flown out of the floor trap and it was shown to the staff which he was surprised. Had asked to serve tea at 7.30am. I was waiting till 8.15am, no response, ultimately I had to ask them to give it to me along with the breakfast. The tea was nothing but white milk nothing beyond.
