Ayazma Cave Hotel

Çok güzel insanlarin çalıştığı merkezi yerde güzel bir konaklama yeri özellikle Ruhan bey Doga hanim sürekli size her konuda yardimci olmaya çalışıyor. Küçük bir eleştiri olarak (Menulerde tl olarak fiyat olmalı)

No AC which meant rooms were too warm and stuffy. Staff did provide us with a fan but on the second night and even that was difficult Room was therefore very stuffy and we didn't want to be in it much

The people at the property are very warm! Special mention about the staff Roohan, Ali and Yasmin who took care of us very well! And more than happy to help us in every way possible! The place is very cosy and comfortable for families with kids! And a tastefully done cave house unlike the crammed ones in goreme!

A minimal air conditioning atleast in the dining and top level rooms may be more comfortable during summers!

Very very friendly staff

Rooms around a central courtyard where you could hear other guests talking early in the morning and late at night. Had to keep windows open because there was no AC. Didn’t have a good sleep.

The staff at Ayazma at truly amazing and caring people. They were very hospitable and helpful from the moment we made our reservation. They helped organize a shuttle from the airport and once we arrived, they were very welcoming. While we were excited to stay at a cave hotel, the room at Ayazma was much better in person and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay so much so that we extended our stay by an extra day. The breakfast was very fresh and delicious and it was easy to tell that it was prepared with a lot of love and care. Thank you very much Doga, Ruhan, Furkan, Yasmine and Ali for all that you do. I will definitely be back and I will keep recommending this hotel to my family and friends.

The whole stay was outstanding due to the service of the family at Ayazma Cave hotel. The breakfast was so yum, fresh and homely. Would highly recommend staying here. Special thanks to Ruhan and Furqan for making it worth it. It’s a new hotel as well, so feels very bright and clean. It’s a great location as well, 5 minutes away from the main bazaar, 10 mins away from Goreme and all the other spots are just a drive away.

We had a lovely time at the Ayazma Cave Hotel. Our rooms were very nice and spacious. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond to provide personal attention to our family. A big breakfast was served each morning on a lovely patio. The staff kindly arranged excursions for us, helped us with dinner reservations and transportation. The property is walking distance to the town of Ürgüp.

I understand now why this property rates a 10 on booking! (reason why I chose it) It was a perfect stay with the most incredible team at Ayazma. From the first day of my arrival, Rulhan bringing me an unexpected slice of bday cake with candle and wine (guess he found out from my passport at check in), to another team member (never caught his name) helping set up a comfortable spot outside for me to be able to work on my computer when needed. To the wonderful lady who made breakfast with a cheerful disposition and our “google translate” conversations. And of course, Doga a sweet young woman who was always ready to help and quite an interesting person. Everyone, including the kind owner who I met briefly, and another man that I unfortunately also never caught his name, but was always available…made the experience better. So aside from all the warm, and nice experience now to the practical review. Wifi was excellent in my room and right outside, my zoom calls worked perfectly. Not a need for everyone, but if you need to work for any reason while abroad, this was perfect. The location was just a 10 minute walk into town. And if you are deciding what area to stay in Cappadocia; Urgup is the place. Quaint, beautiful and much less touristy. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and spacious enough. Breakfast was super good and plenty! Plus very varied, which is not often the case. All in all, I highly recommend you stay here and I hope to have the opportunity to one day visit again for a longer visit.

Nothing I disliked

Good location, clean, friendly and very helpful and caring staff. It was cold and rainy one night and we just got on the terrace to take some fresh air. The staff saw us and offered us tea in their restaurant and turned on the heater even just for the two of us! Also, the rooms are well equipped and clean and big. The Turkish breakfast is very well prepared and a very generous portion. Would really recommend this new hotel.
