I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The uniqueness of the property truly sets it apart and adds to its charm. However, I did notice two areas for improvement: the absence of air conditioning and the firmness of the bed, which was a bit too much for my preference. That being said, I am looking forward to returning once they have air conditioning installed, and I hope they consider adding mattress toppers for enhanced comfort. Overall, a delightful experience!

Good location, very close to Ürgüp Central market. 5 minutes walk.

Rooms become warm during the day during hot weather so Air conditioning is a must required facility

"A wonderful hotel full of wonderful staff."

The location of the property is great, in a quieter part of Ürgüp but close enough to walk to the restaurants. Beds are comfortable, rooms are very clean, rooms had a jacuzzi. Breakfast is amazing! But the best thing about this wonderful place is the staff. They are just fantastic, so kind and helpful. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

The hosts were awesome! Ruhan and Doah has helped me a lot to get more details on the tours I booked and also in case of any issues or requests they were there to help as well. The room was well arranged and clean and has 24 hour room service too.

"Charming and peaceful hotel in Urgup"

It was beautiful and quiet, which was very much appreciated considering how busy the days as a tourist can be! Our room was cozy and the bathroom was very spacious. Everyone at Ayazma was incredibly kind and respectful. 10/10
