"Rude behaviour and very wrong they did to us and room.was also very small and view was also not good"

They didn't gave us breakfast we go and said we need they said you have to order it and payment for it extra and we stay for two nights and two days they didn't gave us on both morning we ordered and payed extra for it and staff was too rude arrogant and clever and cunning as well they said us to cancel the booking and payment on the reception and they were will reduce the charge by 200 .

There rude behaviour cunning, fraud scam about breakfast and said us to cancel booking and booking on the reception of hotel itself .
