Staff is good

Location and cleaning was not good... As compared to the prices it should be good 1 broken kettle was kept with 1 tea bag...not worth for money..

It was good cozy room with all the required amenities. The view was also good. Location is very good, just a short walk to mall road.

The tv was not playing.

Staff was cooperative. Breakfast was included, nice location with mountain view and cleanliness was present all around hotel premises .

It was quit tough to find routes of the hotel. Its quite far from library chowk in mussorie

The public road to the property is very narrow

Location is too down , you have trouble when you return, no pick drop from there you have to go inside and upside by foot.

It was clean and the view was amazing. Staff were friendly and polite. Very helpful people.
