Breakfast is worst , lack of staffs

Views are excellent. It is next to backwaters

We expected a more professional setup. When we arrived late at night after a tiring day on our motorcycles at 8:45, the dining wasn’t available. Thankfully the lady at the reception asked us to order from Swiggy which was luckily available in the area.

We loved the ambience and the two boys were really helpful but the one who was cooking she refused to guve us coffee and for dinner they said the dosa batter was over… that particular staff was spitting here and there and refusing to provide us anything we ask for.

The person cooking us food gave us three four prawns and when we said the quantity was less they got us somemore and charged that as two plates without informing us…she was spitting here and there and didnt treat the customers politely she was very rude and refused to give us anything we asked for.

Nice location and overall good experience.

Breakfast provided was not that great. Surprisingly the food was limited and hotel charged me money for having extra which I have never experienced in any other hotels. It really spoiled the entire experience. Either you give the breakfast for free or charge fully.

- Food (especially breakfast) was very very limited and hardly ate anything - Rooms were clean for the first day but for the next day, though it was cleaned, it was not hygienic - Hospitality is quite lagging
