Special thanks to HK - Mr. Prince also the FB person Ms. Deepika and Mr. Suhil. Over all experience is average. Understood the hotel is newly opened but all staff required training as per the ITC standards. They are not picking up the call within three rings also unable to understand the language. During checkin itself they should have inform Bar is not avbl, but they missed to inform. My husband ordered for some drinks and waited for one hour, someone took the order from room service, After an hour we again called the Bar that time only they informed bar is not avbl. He disappointed. Points noticed: The hotel entrance steps broken and the side wall granite also broken. Security should be active. No concierge. No bell boy. Lobby is small. Bfast time required managers to be attend the guest. Served coffee is not hot. Room wash room side wall tiles finishing is uneven
