Hotel is like dot of happiness in very chaotic city

Well furnished, decent food options, good location

Less open space/lawns or lobby area, training for staff for all food options, room service etc needs to be given, slightly crowded due to conference, (there was a reservation at the restaurant for more than 40 people)

The location and the facilities are good for my business needs and he staff in the hotel are very prompt and helpful. the rooms are clean and I believe the hotel is relatively new.
