1. Easily the best business-class hotel in Tiruppur. 2. Friendly and helpful staff 3. ITC standards are maintained 4. Good food (on the costlier side though) 5. Good location, right at the center of the city.

a. No clock in the room? b. AC in gym wasn't working. Raised a complaint, but it is still not working. (seems unfixable?) c. Drawers in the room were difficult to open. They also had wood dust underneath them. Got on my pant and hands every time I used them. d. Slow drainage in the shower area. e. Slow internet. Can only do browsing. Videos would get stuck due to buffering, no video calls possible.
