Mr. Harish Kumar one of the best person in that hotel. His hospitality was good.

Washroom was not ok in term of tabs was not working properly.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was very supportive and attentive throughout. Special thanks to *Mr. Atul*, who guided us well and helped with the booking process. His assistance made everything smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for good hospitality and helpful service.

There is bus parking behind hotel

As it's on main road it's very noisy at nights also honking of horns. Old room. Not a typical treebo quality room.

Location near to Katra railway station

Old infrastructure, TV doesn’t work, no toiletries provided as shown in the image (when asked they say we are not allowed), cockroachs in bathroom, no hand wash liquid in dispensar and geyzer issues.
