Staff was cooperative.

Basic anamities were not available in the room. TV was nit functioning, even we need to send our phones in reception to get them charged.

The staff was cooperative and well-behaved. We could see the Ardhkumari and Maa Vaishno Devi Bhawan from our window.

Some basic amenities were missing. My phone charger didn’t work in the room, so I had to rely on the staff to charge it at the reception. We stayed one more day after Darshan, but the TV was still not functioning.

Hotel facilities are good, foodis very good and breakfast also good As staff are also very decent and work professionals 3-4 items in breakfast as per choice If you need something asper your desire,staff make food accordingly
