The pool is superbly located within the property and made for a wonderful experience! The room had a great view, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. The food was delicious, and the restaurant staff were very attentive and helpful while taking our orders. The restaurant itself has a lovely ambience and comfortable seating. The gym is well-equipped and conveniently located. The reception area is beautifully designed and feels very welcoming. Overall, a delightful stay with excellent facilities and service!

However, there was no staff presence near the pool, which made it difficult to ask for towels or a food menu. Additionally, the staff in general were a bit slow to respond to requests. Overall, the facilities are excellent and the atmosphere is great, but service responsiveness could be improved to make the experience truly seamless.

We booked a hill view room assuming it would have a view of the hills(duh!)- but when we arrived we only saw some rocks and bushes. When enquired we were told that we needed to book the room with a “mountain” view to get the nice view of the Aravalli hills. We found this great deception to not have this information clear at the time of booking! Additionally, our room was not clean- there were stains on tables and in the bathroom. We didn’t find it worth our money and would not be back.

Everything. General ambience, garden location etc. Food, breakfast and service of staff. Manner and attitude of the staff.

Nothing. I would like to visit again, if I get a chance.
