Cleanliness, supportive staff, food options, facilities.

A few more things can be added in the kids area, also its timing was from 11 am to 6 pm - needs to be more flexible, kids weren't able to use the area because as a tourist we were visiting nearby places and used to reach the hotel a bit late in the evening and leave early just after breakfast.

Property is good and clean. Okay for 1 night. Not very huge for Radisson standards. View is good from hotel.

On 31st Dec mandatory dinner for in house guest with additional 6999 per person and restaurant closed down. Also not a big function for year end. Cannot order La carte Deficit of good restaurants nearby.

The park with outdoor play items kept my kid engaged. Other activities in the park, like pottery etc. were also a pleasant experience.

The breakfast spread was subpar, and the taste was average as well. Too few options for babies. The room (3029) was too small and had no sunlight.

The manager was attentive and responsive upon arrival and check-in. He listened to our concerns and was helpful in changing the room to better accommodate our luggage, which was appreciated. Given the circumstances, there also appeared to be a staff shortage, as there were very few front-desk or guest-relations staff visible

Unfortunately, my stay fell well below expectations. The hotel was clearly short-staffed, and service during all meal times was extremely poor. The general corridors require basic cleaning and polishing, with visible stains and marks leading to the rooms. Bathrooms were not properly cleaned, often dusty, with noticeable water stains on taps and sink counters. The housekeeping staff were rude and unprofessional. When I requested an additional luggage rack, I was told that the room I booked “only had this space” and that I should have booked a bigger room—an unreasonable response, as no guest chooses a room based on luggage-rack availability. After escalation, the manager was helpful and moved us to a larger room; however, overall cleanliness still remained sub-par. Breakfast was poorly organised, served in a banqueting hall with large round tables, which is unsuitable for one or two guests and creates an impersonal dining experience. This was particularly disappointing given that the hotel has a proper dinner restaurant that could easily serve breakfast instead. The food selection was limited, and service was inefficient—Tabasco had to be requested 4–5 times and only arrived after the meal was finished, with three bottles brought at once by different waiters. Even cold milk for cereals took nearly 30 minutes, despite repeated requests. Overall, there is significant room for improvement in staffing levels, cleanliness, service attitude, and basic hospitality standards.
