No Active wifi, tv remote missing,old room and doors are damage in condition and fall celling lights not working properly, heavy blood strain on pillow and on matress, celling fan sound alot while switched onn, mirror is in corner, no working kitchen, no purifier or if they have then service is not done of that purifier,water taste like tap water and using old, used water bottle for serving water,

On arrival, the reception was not manned. Somebody arrived a little later in dirty clothes. Room on third floor with the lift not working. Inside the room, no towels, no bathroom accessories like toilet papers. No water, glasses, kettle. Simply zero amenities Filty toilet and seat. No hot water. Water issuing from all around the faucet except the sprinklers. Intercom not working.Advised to use telephone to request service or call Reception. Several power failures in the course of thd afternoon preventing undisturbed rest. On morning 16 July, had to climb down to order tea as no response on phone. Walked down stairs to find receptionist sleeping on the lobby ( apology) sofa. Front exterior of the hotel is public parking place with a dozen two wheelers parked. The hotel tariff on the Booking. Com App. Is more than the rate on GPS maps. Advertised an no cost Booking, hotel mailed that advance be paid to confirm booking. App. shows cost includes Breakfast. Refused complementary breakfast. Booking .Com cannot be advertising such shoddy Business on its site for fear of appearing unreliable.

First of all the Name of the hotel does not match with what Booking.com has...Even a local could not locate the hotel properly and nobody knows the hotel name is Fab Hotel DPS.....

Hard to find in Apple Maps and booking.com directions and did not get a room after booking one it was a scam and frustrating
