They canceled my booking after arriving in India after long flight with no explanation
MYININFirstly, the hotel’s name was not on the board which made it very difficult for us to locate. The manager on the reception desk was very rude and kept us waiting for long. The hotel did not have its own kitchen so ordering food was bit difficult. The service was exceptionally very slow. The rooms were not clean and were unhygienic. The washroom was very dirty , it seemed that it wasn’t cleaned since days. The hotel didn’t provide us the remote for the air conditioner so that we could adjust it as per our needs. Torn towel was provided to us. Overall it didn’t turn up as per our expectations and the cost was high as per the facilities provided. Very poor service and unhygienic hotel. Unhappy with the stay. Will not at all recommend it.
