Very helpful staff who were kind and attentive. Helped us organised multiple trips and offered a complimentary walking tour of local area. The trips they helped us book were much cheaper than those being shown on getyourguide etc, which shows they really go the extra mile to help their guests out. Ordered food to the room which was also very yummy. Only 10-15 minute walk to the Ghatts and lots of shops around. As the other reviews may mention, it is noisy outside as it’s a main road but that’s to expected, it’s India after all lol. Highly recommend to all tourists staying in Varanasi.

We had a great stay here. The staff are very helpful, especially Mr Anand who took us on a complimentary tour of 3 temples and a traditional silk factory. If you need any tours: eg. Arti/River boats then speak to him, much cheaper than booking a tour online. The room is nice and spacious, definitely worth the money. You can order food to your room from their kitchen, our meal was very tasty. Highly recommend.

The way Anand welcomed us, the tour he did around the city and the pick up he managed from the airport to the hotel and the way back. The staff that took our luggages when we arrived and at the end of our stay.

Windows' glasses are too thin then there is too much noise during the night. Shower is difficult to be used since the full bathroom become wet after shower.

The bed was comfortable, with now windows so silent and dark. Slept really well. They made me use a clean bathroom in a room the last day, even after check out time.

The first room i got was with windows and very very noisy. The bathroom was very bad. The shower didn't work, nor the hot water or the toilet. I asked the reception to change room and they came with a toilet paper. This shows how little english they spoke and it made it difficult to speak. They laugh at my face when I told them I didn't want toilet paper but to change room. They asked their boss and gave me another room which was nice, even though they never once said sorry or never once said they understood it was not good to have given me a room with broken bathroom. They showed me how the shower and toilet worked, as if I was stupid when the point was the other room wasn't good, not that I was stupid and couldn't use the facilities. The day of the check out, they didn't know I booked a taxi through them, didn't know how much i had to pay and didn't give me a receipt for the taxi. They seemed surprised when I asked to write it down. I found them very un professional. Kind, but unprofessional.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is located perfectly in town to see Varanasi and the famous Ghats. He staff were exceptional and offered their assistance when required. The location is also very safe for any single travellers.

The staff was really friendly, asking every time if there is something we need. We were a bit shocked with Varanasi traffic on the first day and the host was really with calm manner and offered us water. Room is really okay according to Varanasi standards. Our room was a bit noisy but it is quite noisy everywhere in Varanasi. If you need to work then you should look for quieter places. But if you are just coming for a sleepover then just bring your earplugs. Otherwise clean and the bed was comfortable. There was also an extra thick blanket for cooler weather. When we needed something we just asked and got what we needed - new towels etc.
