Helpful staff, clean rooms, food

Gym is poorly designed and cramped. It's hard to use...looks like whoever was given the task has never been to a gym himself

The only positive aspect of my stay was the food. The breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety of options. Special appreciation to the chefs and restaurant staff, who were friendly, caring, and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

Very disappointing stay. I was given a dark, windowless room that felt more like a basement than a hotel room. The room was uncomfortable and did not meet the expectations of a pleasant hotel stay. The front desk staff was not welcoming, and I was required to make the full payment before check-in. While I understand hotels have policies, the way it was handled made me feel as though guests were not trusted, which was quite off putting.

Internet services was not working properly.. Door Bell was not working properly..

Staff was very helpful

AC was not working immediately after check in so repairing took 2 hours, then we had room change after 2 hrs and that part I did not like because we were tierd and could not rest because of that. I would request to check the rooms properly before assigning to anyone.
